Embark on a captivating tour of the Chorro de Giron waterfall and Busa Lake, where nature's beauty takes center stage. Indulge captivating contrasts as we traverse the evergreen and bountiful ranchlands of the Tarqui Valley. Our first stop takes us to a significant historical site of the independence battles, offering panoramic vistas of the majestic Andes landscape.
Continuing our adventure, we venture into the enchanting cloud forest of El Chorro de Giron, adorned with orchids, bromeliads, and velvety green moss. A 20-minute hike through lush vegetation leads us to the mesmerizing waterfalls, where the first cascade awaits. For the adventurous, optional zip-line activities are available at an extra cost.
After soaking in the natural wonder, we'll continue our journey to Busa Lake, a serene and tranquil oasis surrounded by picturesque landscapes. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and admire the breathtaking views.
We'll have lunch in a local restaurant before we head back to Cuenca. This tour offers a perfect blend of nature, tranquility, and unforgettable memories.
