Description:
The tour begins in San Sebastian, a traditional neighborhood of Cuenca which constitutes the western colonial border of the city.
Later we will ride our bikes along the riverside trails. On the way, we will be able to stop as many times as you want to enjoy the views and the charming architecture of el "Barranco" full of historical buildings. We will also visit the Parque de Madre.
Our first big stop will be to visit the Pumapungo Museum, considered one of the best highlights of the city. You will have a chance to explore this archaeological site located right in the heart of Cuenca and learn more about the Inca and Cañari cultures.”
Afterward, we will continue along the riverside to Parque Paraiso, the largest park in town. Later we will explore the modern area of Cuenca biking on secondary roads with very little traffic.
